Studio space is booked on a first-come first-serve basis. Because of that, we expect that you will follow through with your booking when you schedule it. Once your booking is on the calendar, you must contact us a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled time should you need to cancel, without incurring a loss of deposit. Should you fail to appear for your rental or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will charge you for one hour of studio rental time.

RENTAL RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

(Use of lighting is $25.00 additional per rental session)

STANDARD RATES:

1 hour:                    $  50.00

5 hour package:      $ 240.00

10 hour package:    $ 450.00

15 hour package:    $ 615.00

20 hour package:    $ 680.00

SPECIAL PACKAGE DEAL

30 IN 6 PACKAGE:   

30 HOURS IN 6 MONTHS (which works out to $25.00/hour)

Offered at 5 hours per month for 6 months billed at $125.00/month

With additional hours above the package 5 hours available at the rate of $25.00/hour.
